Intermediate Journey ( For those who have been working with Clay )

(Three-Session Journey | $400)

For those who have walked with clay before and are ready to dive deeper.

This three-session intermediate offering is designed for creators who are already familiar with basic clay forming and wish to explore more complex projects, advanced tuning, and intricate sculptural techniques. Together, we will move beyond the foundations and focus on refining the voice, spirit, and presence of the ceramic instrument.

This is a space for freedom, expression, and pushing the boundaries of your craft.

In this three-session journey, you will:

• Create a more complex sound vessel (multi-chambered, sculptural forms, or refined ocarinas)

• Refine mouthpiece and voice shaping for better sound quality

• Explore tuning techniques to bring specific pitches or tonalities

• Sculpt detailed symbolic or natural elements into your instrument

• Deepen your relationship with clay as a channel for spirit and creativity

Important: Prior experience working with clay (or completion of the Beginner Journey) is required. A strong foundation is essential for working safely and successfully at this level, ensuring your piece can be fired properly and sustain its voice without cracking or collapse.
