All sales are final. If item is arrived damaged, please send photo and information to my email info@vianneylopez.com and I will refund your purchase.

All Workshops are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future workshop.

Shipping Policy

Order is to be shipped within 3-5 business days unless stated on Announcement bar at a later date. Domestic shipping is fixed price and shipping may vary internationally.

Expect your order to Arrive:

• Domestic orders: 2-7 business days

• International orders: 2-4 weeks

International Orders

As international orders have different policies of delivery, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to check their package in regards of checking their local post office or tracking ID. This also includes additional taxes to pay through customs depending on your country, please do look into your customs policy prior to purchasing.

I ship to mostly all international countries, I am only not able to ship to countries listed in the USPS international service disruptions list.
