The Sound of Clay
Live Online Workshops in Clay and Instrument making
Hello & Welcome. These live, hands-on gatherings explore the relationship between clay, breath, and sound.
Each workshop is taught in real time through live, presence-based approach. These offerings begin with intro classes, and if you feel called, you can continue into deeper workshops that expand your vision with clay.
We work with specific anatomical forms as a foundation, while also inviting your creativity and personal design in dialogue with the earth.

Expansion of Clay Instruments
This next space is for those who have completed an intro workshop or have previously worked with me.
These offerings expand upon foundational forms and move into more refined instruments and sound vessels.
Rooted in the same living approach, we build upon anatomy, breath, and clay memory while opening space for deeper exploration and personal expression.

Deep Immersion Workshops
Our upcoming workshops range from introductory journeys to instrument-specific studies and deeper immersive containers.
While single-instrument workshops focus on one anatomy at a time, the Deep Immersion Workshops move more intricately through a wider range of clay instruments and sound forms. These are spacious, layered experiences where participants are encouraged to create 2–3+ instruments across two extended sessions (each ~4.5 hours). We highly recommend setting aside the full two days, allowing time to stay in the rhythm of making and continue refining your pieces between sessions.
